In all cases in which we act as a provider or supplier, the General Consumer Contracting, Delivery and Payment Conditions of the Dutch Yacht Building Industry (NJI) of September 18, 2014 apply to our quotations, orders placed with us, and agreements concluded with us. . These conditions have been filed with the registry of the Utrecht District Court. You can download them below.

WE DELIVER QUALITY

In addition to the NJI Terms and Conditions, we offer a 5-year warranty on: bonding, sealant work and/or screw connections that we carry out when installing our bumper strips on a ship.
​
The warranty also applies to possible hidden defects in the material, in particular with wooden bumper strips, provided that they become visible within 5 years after application and detract from the quality and/or functionality of the bumper strip.

Delivery of loose bumper strips
If the installation of the bumper strips supplied by Stootlijst.nl has not been carried out by our professionals, you have only
5 year warranty on the material. We cannot be held liable for improper installation or installation with incorrect materials (for example wrong kit or wrong screws).
You also cannot hold us liable for any additional costs if a bumper strip supplied by us, which we have not installed, needs to be replaced.

NB! When mounting stainless steel 316 rubrail, you must use stainless steel 316 (A4) screws. Lower quality stainless steel (A2) can damage the rubrail.

Have you had a collision or has damage occurred to your bumper strip that is not covered by our warranty? We are happy to help you repair your bumper strip. We can do this professionally and quickly and we charge competitive prices.

RETURNS INFORMATION

Have you ordered rubrail from us via the webshop, but are they not the correct ones or are they not to your liking? Then you can return your order.
​
This is allowed without stating a reason, but if you do not agree with this, please let us know so that we can improve it.
​
You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be unused and, if possible, be returned in the original packaging.
The return costs for returning the order are at your expense.
We will credit the amount within 14 days.

Stootlijst.nl will reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Stootlijst.nl for the returned product (if the entire order is returned), without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless Stootlijst.nl offers to collect the product itself, he may wait with reimbursement until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. Stootlijst.nl uses the same payment method that the consumer used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
If the consumer has opted for a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, Stootlijst.nl does not have to reimburse the additional costs for the more expensive method.
